"I am a little late in writing a review from my MRI in November of 2022. While the staff was extremely friendly, and accommodating, the reasoning behind my poor star rating is actually 3 fold, they lost a star for each thing. First, my MRI was a with and without contrast, unfortunately there has to be a medical doctor on site when they give contrast, and on Nov the dr had already let for the day by the time my appointment was at 2PM, So i went ahead and did the MRI without contrast on the 2nd, Only to have to return the following day for another MRI with contrast. The tech tried 3 times to get an IV placement, and failed 3 times despite me being very hydrated, the nurse tried another 2 times and finally got it. MRI was completed without further challenges... However the quality of images I received were so poor that even my orthopedist said so. If my insurance wouldn't have made me go to a freestanding clinic I would have rather used my orthopedic doctors MRI and probably would have had better results... Note the staff was great, I understand challenges with the iv, however Image quality when trying to see something is important. so If the image quality had been better what we were looking for may have been seen."

"I will Never return to this facility- Appt time was 4pm. I arrived40 minutes early. Only 1 person ahead of me that was finishing up as 4pm rolled up. Finally walked out at 540pm for a 45minute MRI. The tech completing the exam was extremely unprofessional and was going to allow me to leave without having completed all my tests that was on the order. Thank goodness I paid attention to my order. She has NO BUSINESS being in a Medical Environment. I only give the 2 stars due to Nakias pleasant disposition."
