"I will change my review if somebody finally answers but I have been trying to book this event for 2 weeks now. It won’t let you book it online and when I call even during the hours of operation it sends me straight to voicemail. Is this place even open still ?"
"I made a reservation 3 days in advance online, and paid for it as well. For only 25 minutes and two people, I paid $86. However when I arrived, nobody was in the building and all lights were off/doors locked. I called and nobody answered. I then reached out VIA Facebook messenger. I was informed that they closed last minute the day of my reservation after I had already arrived. I was offered a refund, but wanted answers to my questions as to why I was not informed, and why I was still able to book since they were closed. The first person I talked to was quite rude and claimed “they did not have time to conversation and to just answer their question.” Shortly after sending my receipt, the manager reached out and informed me that they are doing renovations. She refunded me which is a plus. My question is though, were they closed for renovations or because they did not want to work that day? If it was for renovations, why was booking still available online, and why did nobody contact me about it. Definitely will not be returning. Based on the reviews, seems like there is never many things to smash. Definitely will be trying the rage room in Cedar Lake next time."
"Had my bday activity here earlier this year. The reason I’m giving three is because the staff was phenomenal and so friendly and accommodating! Literally best customer service. BUT, the helmets kept falling off and the room was extremely full of previous trash that we had very little space to spread out or walk around. We spent half of the time rearranging ourselves to make sure we didn’t hit ourselves and take turns smashing things. Like I said the experience wasn’t bad, it was really fun! But I just wish the room could be cleaned out a little more beforehand."
"Great place to get some rage out! Friendly staff, gave us longer than allotted time due to not having anyone after us for a bit. Gave us extra wine bottles to smash and lots of other things to smash and break! Great time and awesome experience. I’d recommend wearing boots to climb in the debris but otherwise perfect!"
"This is one of the best things I've done in a long time. I bought a session for the wife because she was stressing out over work. I thought it would help her get a little stress out. It got A LOT of stress out. Prices might *seem* a little high... but for someone who is dealing with some things this is more than just 20 minutes (or longer) to smash stuff... this is therapy that works. I really really recommend this to anyone who just doesnt feel like themselves... for people who are mad but don't know why... or know why and cant find a way to express it. Go... smash some stuff."
