"I purchased a unit from this facility back in 2010. Each month I call in to pay my fee, and usually, the automated person comes on the phone, and I pay my bill. Sometimes, a person answers, and I just ask for the automated system. This particularly day Eric answered the phone. I was going to ask to be transferred to Megan, the automated system, but he was so lively, and genuinely nice, and happy, I decided to just allow him to do my bill. I really appreciated his positive energy!! It is rare these days!! His energy is unique and appreciated!! Thanks for the exceptional customer service!!!"
