"They did do good with my rental. But the reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the customer service part. My rental ended up being more than insurance covered and originally the body shop said they were going to cover it but didn’t. I spoke with someone and they told me to pay it when I could since I was out of work for a few weeks due to family reasons and that it wasn’t an issue. Woke up to my card being charged with zero notice at all. Very disappointed for having no notice with charging my card as I was planning to pay it next week when I got paid"

"We reserved a rental van 2 weeks ago for our Florida trip for 7-19-24. We were called today on 7-18-24 and told no van is available. Our family is disappointed and stressed right now as we looked forward to our trip. This is unacceptable and the short notice less than 24 hours causes deep concern. We may have to cancel our trip. Enterprise, you have to do better and assist us in finding an alternative. I hate to write a negative review but I'm left no choice."
"First car I was promised was not available when I showed up and they did not have one that fit my needs. Four days later they quoted me a price over how much my insurance was paying on a daily basis and when I returned the car the price they charged me was over 150% higher then what they said it was going to be. They said the difference was due to taxes. Unfortunately not a lot of other options in the area. Only good thing was the car was clean and nice."
