"I hate this branch. I avoid it as much as possible, which is also an inconvenience considering it’s closer to me. It’s 9am in the morning! You have one job CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I’m not greeted! I didn’t even know the teller had been working on my transaction! The box was sent back to me with a “ Have a good day” Not is there anything else you need? Awful customer service and it’s not the first time!"
"For some odd reason the online banking keeps blocking me from logging in. I have called they fixed it but when I tried two days later it blocked me again. When I try to reset my password it say it doesn't not recognize my info. Now I'm having a hard time actually trying to talk to someone whos alive. Very tired of this"
