"they won't even give you their real names. They are the most unprofessional, never up to date. Their accounting system is criminal at best. Good luck getting caught up as they will not keep your file up to date causing you to remain behind even when you are caught up to date. They will also even though you are having payments taken out of your check an order to the BMV to suspend your license so that you will not be able to vote in the election. They did that to me in 2016. Their response? "SORRY". Denied me my CONSTITUTIONAL right. You call them and it's like you are bothering them. And they say they will send you paperwork and it either never arrives or is handwritten in a way you can't read it."

"Unwilling to help in any form or fashion. I found the entire staff to be extremely rude, which is saying something as I am from Chicago and rude doesn't usually faze me. Just completely unprofessional. I wish I could give negative stars honestly."

"I wish I could leave 0 stars since this office makes no attempt to do their actual job. The non-custodial parent has been behind for 10 years and owes over $20,000 in arrears, but the don't even bat an eye. I have made repeated requests to put him in jail, which is a federal law since I don't live in Indiana anymore. They refuse to follow state or federal laws and should all be arrested themselves. If you need help in Terre Haute, don't expect a single thing from the courts or prosecutor, it's a joke."

"SO glad to be a part of a team looking into the actions of this division on behalf of a human who for decades dealt with incompetency due to personal relationship with a custodial parent who provided false information. This entity sent (as recorded in case records) to addresses that were inaccurate to later file the defendant didn't respond. Cw suzanne's ineptness in her job tp destroy w/bias is something only God will rightly judge. Literally a court that supports using lies to issue charges that aren't fact based. Corruption and incompetence at best which is so destructive to cases they actually have individuals who have avoiding their obligations. Righteous judgment is seldom done by man. This court division pushes us to look into other cases in efforts to reveal falsities and bring actions to litigation. Horrible reflection."

"Just spoke to JT in child support office, for I believe the 3rd or 4th time. Very professional, polite and whatever I'm told, is done. There is no time when I was told they'd send a letter in mail, that I havent received one. I appreciate the job that JT has done when I have called."
