"I feel very bad to leave this review, but I think it's needed to help others possibly avoid being greatly inconvenienced. The reason I say I feel bad about this poor review is because the staff I interacted with at the local branch were nice; the issue at hand is that their technology is very poor. What I mean by poor is on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being exceptional, they're a -10,000,000. The website is extremely bare bones. Which would be fine if it actually worked well. Unfortunately, enrolling in online bill payment was not possible... There were constant error codes which were not resolved by any of the three numbers I called or at least four people I spoke with. When I asked if the issue could be escalated to technical support, the agent on the line became irritated and told me that I need to return to the local bank to have them set it up, and that she did her part by "resetting the enrollment page." This is despite the fact that the local bank informed me that there's nothing they can do from their end. To sum it all up, in our current society where we rely on the ability to pay bills and other things electronically, you may want to look elsewhere to have those needs met. Hopefully, they invest in this area in the future for a more positive reputation, and to maintain customers..."
"I have been with this Bank for almost 20 years and it is ridiculous the amount of hoops you have to go through now. Even if I authorize a payment they won't let it go through. Place holds on checks you deposited without notifying you. Just horrible banking system all around"
