Her assertion that no one is above her suggests a concerning lack of accountability and oversight. The fact that calls are not recorded raises questions about how performance is measured and how customer service skills are developed and coached within your department. There is no level of accountability for RUDE behavior."

The town of Schererville has officially wasted my Time And Money for something so miniscule that could have been avoided had the staff effectively documented a phone call and explained the situation. Instead, I was given bogus information for a rescheduled court date that never existed, and instead of researching the matter, the "manager" hangs up on me."
