My packages go missing...9 in one week disappeared with his sub. It seems some of the postal workers are incompetent, but some do care about the customers and their packages."

The employees were moving the line as quickly as humanly possible and they stayed consistent in attitude with each customer even though they were obviously very busy. Went in for a passport application and my appointment was honored even though it was busy. Thank you guys for your effort and thank you for getting my business tended to quickly. "I would give them 0 stars if I could. My mail carrier took my fed ex package out of my mailbox and no one ever notified me. I thought it was stolen. Days later and after a police report I called the post office as a long shot. I was told they returned it to sender because it’s against “federal law” for fed ex to do that. The next day I get a call they have the package and want me to pay postage."
