"The tall, older guy with the gray beard working the car wash at 12:45PM on 9/2/24 literally came outside screaming at me and did not stop doing so until I had entered the car wash - I have never seen him or even been to this car wash before. It was really disturbing. I didn’t know if I put in the code or if he did and had he been outside to help me, I wouldn’t have had to just wait there in my car for assistance. There is NO EXCUSE to yell at anyone like that, let alone mentally disabled people like me who may take longer to fully understand the process. It’s disgusting and inexcusable behavior. *I tried calling the gas station many times, but no one answered and the voicemails at their corporate office are full. I can’t believe Luke is paying this person to provide such horrible “customer service”."
