"I have appreciated McCalister's service pumping out our septic and taking care of our sump pump since 2016. However, in May 2020 they installed a new septic tank without getting a permit. In the process of selling our house, an inspector failed the septic based upon the size of the tank. I have tried - and my realtor has tried - multiple times to contact McCalister's to work together to fix the issue, but they are not responding. I can no longer recommend McCalister Brothers, as they are not willing to correct their mistakes - not getting a permit, and not installing the correct size tank."
"Would highly recommend! Prompt (came day after I called), efficient (fixed the problem in an hour, obviously this may not be the case for all), affordable and honest. Quoted a price prior to the job and were honest to tell me the work wasn't worth that much and reduced the charge- it was great to be able to give my kids a real lesson of honest men doing honest work. Very knowledgeable and explained everything they did so we were informed and felt confident in the work they did. Will plan to use them for all our plumbing needs in the future"
"Excellent service! We had a sewer backup on a Saturday. I called and left a message. Steve came out and solved the problem in less than a half hour. While all the others advertise 24 hour service, McCalister Brothers was the only one who delivered. All of the others that I called could not come out until Monday. I highly recommend McCalister Brothers."
"Their prices were very fair to do what they did. I had them come out and fix a broken drain pipe in my basement wall. They fixed the issue for a reasonable price. I didn't super appreciate the cigarette butts they left in my yard, but not a huge deal otherwise. I would say 4.9 stars out of five overall."
