"Would have to suggest to never go there mainly do to how rude and arrogant the Dr is and he has no bedside manner. He will literally treat you like your just an addict just because you have been prescribed pain meds from your doctor before you came to him."

"After seeing several supposed pain management doctors, it was very reassuring that he offered several ways to manage pain other than writing a script. I have now been seeing Dr. MacKay for over 5 and would not consider a change. The office staff is very professional. Doctor takes the time to listen to what you may have to say and then recommend a treatment plan. Extremely satisfied with all services provided and would highly recommend him to anyone with pain management issues."

"LAST RESORT, TRY ANOTHER DOCTOR! The receptionists are always noticeably in a bad mood and make you feel as if your burdening them just by showing up they seem to resent their jobs. They’re unorganized with dates and appointments and rarely answer the phone, so if you have any questions or concerns you’ll have to drive there or wait until your next appointment. The Dr himself is there just to write a prescription without considering anything you say, he is in and out. If you attempt to discuss your issues at any length greater then 15-20 seconds he becomes noticeably irritated as does the staff. They’re playing a number game to rush as many patients and treatments as possible and get rich off of insurance, He’s a complete narcissist. You DO NOT want to be treated here, especially if you are older or have a hard time standing up for yourself. I have had 16 visits here and I’m very busy professionally but should have found a new Dr. long ago."

"Thought he was pretty good at first but he repeatively gave me multiple injections that was making me sick. When I told him this he got really angry and his answer was that this is what he does and if he couldn't give me the injections he could not help me. Each injection he administerd cost anywhere from 500 to 800 dollars he gave me 7 or so in a few months. He also gave me a back brace that I did not ask for nor did it fit me when I put it on in the office and I told him this but he insisted and it cost me 1500 dollars and he would not take it back He also did not tell me what it would cost. My last visit I told him I didn't want anymore shots for a while because I was feeling sick from them he said he was referring me back to my doctor because he couldn't help me anymore and acted very angry. Yes injections do work if done right but the process has to be repeated over and over at 800 dollars a pop which pays his bills so the more he gives u the more he makes regardless how you feel or how they make you feel. The office personnel are very rude and they talk about how stupid everyone is that calls and everyone that comes into the office. I witnessed them several times talk about multiple people and a woman that brought her 2 kids because she didn't have a sitter. This guy is not a pain specialist he is a anastesiologist that likes to stick you with expensive needles he's very rude and uncaring and so is his office staff. Not everyone is trying to get pain meds and that's how he treats you when u come in unless you allow him to give you an injection u don't need."

"Finally! I've found a doctor who is not trying to constantly prescribe me narcotics and actually treats my pain with injections. His goal is to improve the quality of life for all patients. If you are on the look for pain pills, he is not the doctor for you."
