"If I could leave no stars I would. He was very unprofessional and rude. After expressing my anxiety over needles, and asking for a minute he shoved it in my face to go ahead and numb me, after he poked around in my mouth aggressively he stated he needed to do it again because it wasn’t enough. I immediately started crying and asked for a minute. He got angry and threw his hands in the air, told his assistant (Hannah was lovely and so kind to me) and my mom to deal with me, and went on to his next patient. After asking his assistant to bring him back so we could discuss what would happen next, he got an attitude and told me he would refer me and to leave. I told him he was being unprofessional and he got an attitude with me and said “what did you say?” I proceeded to tell him he was unprofessional and walked out in more pain then I came in with. I have no idea how they are still in practice."

"I'd give them a negative 1 if I could, I went in March to get my teeth fixed , and then the beginning of April my mouth got swollen went back in they said something was stuck in it , it was red with a bump until just a few days ago, pus started coming out of it I lost my medicate and I called to see if they would work with me or tell me how much emergency dental would cost , this was at 12 on Friday, the lady I talked to wouldn't give me any information and told me they were done for the day. Ik they close at 1 I just needed answered and help she advised me to go to the er and get put on antibiotics which is fine but I don't want to have to spend a bunch of money at the er for this I've been crying stressed out about this and -1/10 I don't recommend what so ever"

"Just had my two top wisdom teeth pulled, and Hannah she is my dental assistant made me feel better about the situation calming my anxiety down walking me through everything step by step, dr comes in gets right down to business numbs me then later comes back and has my extractions done in just a matter of minutes. Highly recommend this place. I was worried with the other google reviews I was reading.. but my experience was a great one."

"First visit to fix my front tooth of a chip they tell me a cleaning will not be possible until over 6 months. he comes in to fix my tooth, leaves the room before I look at my teeth. my front two teeth weren’t symmetrical. he huffed after he had to come back. started to fix the tooth, I said do you see what I’m talking about? And he said no but started reshaping anyway. The tooth chipped again in a week. When leaving the appointment the front desk lady told me, “I was lucky that this office accepts my insurance because a lot of offices don’t.” I was floored and said excuse me what? “She was like oh that’s right you have insurance through your work.” I could go on with these experiences with just the few visits I’ve had."
