"The front office staff was rude from paperwork to payment because I didnt have Medicare it was out of pocket... the wait was an hr b4 getting into exam room then another 45 mins b4 nurse came in... the exam room was covered in dust, the exam table the computer keyboard as well as the chair had both animal and human hair ingrained into it! The doctor wld not let me participate in my own care it was cuz he said so... he only did 1 part of a 3 part foot inspection... he literally did the absolute least, charging me $200 out of pocket for very subpar medical care! Do not waste ur time! The only person worth their pay at this office was the follow up nurse Hunter! She was terrific! Very caring! Thank u so much Ms Hunter for ur awesome patient care!"
"DO NOT GO HERE. The staff shouted patient information at each other in the hallway. I waited 3 hours in my patient room for an appointment that was scheduled a month in advance. I had to have a biopsy done on my thyroid here. Dr. Alam did not make sure the anesthetic worked, and then made fun of me when I was tearing up at having needles going into my throat. He has no clue what he is talking about and should not be able to make calls about people's health"
"Dr.Alam had helped save my life and his staff are THE BEST!! I cannot believe all the negative reviews complaing about wait time. He is working hard to ensure no stone is left unturned with every patient. Thank goodness he takes time to investigate because that's how it should be. His receptionist even sent materials to my home about my disease to help me understand everything and make me feel more comfortable."
"The wait sucks. We don't have time to sit 2 or 3 hours to see the doctor. We work and cannot sit all day. He is an alright doctor. I believe he knows what hes doing. Just needs to learn to take time with his patients and quit making the patients wait on him. I never had a problem with his receptionist but the medicine refill sucks. Because if you need your meds they wont refill until your appointment. And they schedule your appointment forever."
