"My mom was placed in a facility that was absolutely horrible, I had her quickly transferred to Harrison Crossings and I am here to tell you that Harrison Crossings is a remarkable facility. She is 88 and had fallen. She was needing to build her strength up in order to come home.Within less than 24 hours of being there, she was working with therapy and getting out of bed with help but by the end of the week she was moving 100 % better, eating better and her attitude was cheerful again. The staff treated her with kindness and respect, just as if she were a part of their family. They have daily activities for every day of the month and they serve delicious meals, which she could choose from a menu. I believe without a doubt that Harrison Crossings helped save my mom, she would have not made it if I hadn't transferred her. I highly recommend Harrison Crossings to anyone who is needing a place for their loved ones. Thank you to all the staff for helping in any and all parts you played in helping my mom get stronger so that I could bring her home."
"Harrison’s Crossing is a beautiful, modern facility. Even though it is a medical center, the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. They roll out the red carpet upon your arrival and their commitment to your health is unwavering. Everyone from the over-qualified medical team to the thoughtful support staff is extremely attentive, making you feel like you are their most important patient. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows through in their around the clock care. Harrison’s Crossing uses the newest, most cutting edge technology. No matter the level of care that is needed, the technological advances used at the facility dramatically improve the quality of life for everyone. Aside from the amazing medical services, Harrison’s Crossing provides delicious meals prepared by their own accomplished chefs. The chefs use their extensive experience to craft meals that feel similar to culinary experiences at a fine dining restaurant. It’s quite clear that Harrison’s Crossing is a preeminent medical facility that provides the first class services to everyone that comes through their doors."
"My mother in law spent her rehab stay at Harrison’s and I can’t say enough good things abt this facility. The place is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the care is top notch. Leslie made the admissions process seamless and I can’t say enough abt how Amazing the whole experience was. Thank you Harrison’s."
"My mom was there for rehabilitation and her tube for excessive lung fluid was not flushed properly, Even found out after 3 days of my mom not breathing well and was sent to hospital that the tube was clogged and had a hole in it. They took 1200ml of fluid off her found she had a lung and blood infection now. We had started chemo and hoped for a year with her but now so weak she can't do chemo again. She came home on Hospice after 4.5 days in hospital and we are praying for a month.l Harrison had no true schedules set, they did physical therapy, meals to her room, showers, and responded to nurse bell whenever. Not sure she was even given her proper medications. She was given none of her breathing treatments or inhalers while there. We were unaware and she wasn't able to tell them or check her own meds. Then she's diabetic but still got dessert with every meal. Also she needed a protein (ensure) drink daily and she wasn't getting it. We asked why she wasn't getting the ensure and they said we add them into the desserts. Which she wasn't eating because she's diabetic and at least knew not to eat cakes, milkshakes, pie, or puddings. It was horrible and we are losing a year with our mom, grandma, great grandma, sister, aunt, and friend. My brother was up there almost everyday, they could have asked him anything. Everytime we figured out an issue we did address it and it was for the most part fixed but that's not our job it was theirs. Also she had a small bed sore from hospital and the bandage wasn't changed until we complained. They need more staff on the floor, and more staff for the medical side of things too. Also better communication, between each other, facility where the clients come from, clients themselves, and clients family. Some staff were on it but most just didn't know, either communication was off, paperwork not read, or idk?"
"My father arrived to Harrison as he needed to leave a previous setting. Within the first 24 hours a nurse looked into his medications and realized something was not right. After a few weeks he went from having symptoms of advanced dementia to being able to move to the wonderful assisted living setting. He has been there 2 years and is so comfortable there with activities and staff/residents. I cannot address other areas, but assisted living has been absolutely wonderful."
