"The physician did a good job and took the time to check my eyes thoroughly. Chandler, the gentleman who works up front at the desk was very kind, courteous, and professional. He has a very good rapport with people and I noticed he made others comfortable in being there as well. I haven't always felt that way, in the past, about the floor staff at this store, but he does a great job. I made a point to ask him his name. Nice young man."

"Everyone in the office had great personalities. Everyone was positive and upbeat. The doc did a great job explaining and answer questions. Doc was very informative, positive, and had a great bed side manner. The contacts the Doc recommended have been the best I’ve tried. Even after sleeping in them they still feel wonderful. I gave it a 4 out of 5 because the anti-glare coating for my glasses was really expensive. There product line has a great range in prices low to high."
"Nikki took really great care of us at the terre haute location! She worked really hard to get me the best deal. I was very impressed!! Scheduling was super fast and easy, and they even have Sunday appointments with is great with busy schedules!!!"
"I am extremely disappointed in the Vision Works of Terre Haute. Unfortunately, I broke my classes on a Sunday afternoon. I immediately went to the part where I could schedule my own appt. It showed a 2:15 slot available for Tuesday 4/16-great! Got my leave approved at work and arranged to have coverage....then! I get a text stating "oops- double booking" (those are my words). The # I was given to call kept me on hold for 42 minutes, only to be told no other option for Tuesday- even if I didn't mind waiting until end of the day. I then googled Customer Service for Vision Works and hung up after waiting 20 minutes. So, scheduling app not effective and customer service horrible. We won't return."
