"Went to see a doctor to continue my ADHD meds and was immediately turned down due to a disability I have. Was told to contact a psychiatrist when I can't get into a psychiatrist for months. I contacted many psychiatrist offices and can not get in for months. I turned this into the ADA due to be discriminated against due to my mental health problems. Do not recommend"

"Dr Marri is very good at all he does yet seems overloaded/stressed. Main* I question the office help in putting U immediately upon pick up! Wait time to get a person was as long as 25 mins! I said something but...Lack of nurses, (1 nurse) to handle refills, callbacks, testing, checking your list of issues, ETC??? (**The office mgr has her hands completely full yet has always been super helpful & nice). Hire more nurses ! Overworked for all expected !! Different nurse every visit + The Office Help needs Improvement big time, more needed but why oh why when U get helpers they do Not stay? This reflects back upon business and care of patients to me. Quality has gone downward I no longer feel validated as a patient. office help is getting more defensive/ stressed in attitude, lack of general empathy is not There anymore for people on the other side of the glass."

"Every time I call this office, I get placed on hold immediately, without an opportunity to say a word! This Dr. was recommended to me by a family of five who see this Dr. for care. He, like myself will be changing our provider, due to poor assisting. I should know as medical assisting is 1 of my many certifications-degrees! This Dr. is great, he just needs to invest in hiring quality workers. Jamie is the rudest individual that needs a customer service lesson! What the Dr. says and what the staff does is two separate things. I suggest, if you want good Medical care you seek a Dr. that hires medical assistants that are knowledgeable and caring. Good God it’s called HEALTH CARE for a reason!"

"Dr. Marri has taken care of our family since 2015. His staff is very accommodating, getting us an appointment the same day or the next. We never wait long. Dr. Marri gives each of my children and myself individualized attention in a courteous manner. We are glad to have him as our PCM."

"Dr Marri rushes through appointments and fails to listen. Absolutely no concern for patients at all! He never does any routine testing, even when specifically asked. When a medical issue is brought to his attention, he would say to go to the ER. Completely refused to look into anything. The emergency room is for emergencies only, not routine matters. Overall, very poor quality of care! If 0 stars were an option, that would be Marri. Not sure how he stays in business honestly."
