"Just left this location (Sohl St-Hammond IN) and was very rudely spoken to by a representative named Dean. He is extremely unhelpful and has a nasty attitude. Any question I asked, he cut me off and was short with his answer, which is very unprofessional. I run a small business and will not be bringing any business back to this location. You guys can thank "Dean" for that. Based off these reviews, it really looks as if this location could be doing so much more to service the Hammond community with better customer service, especially when we're PAYING for services and there's other shipping providers."
