"Great facility as for cleanliness, but I was not impressed with having to pay for a lock that will only work with this place, or paying for administrative services just to sign the lease, let alone having to use their insurance service. The first month rent free offer was taken by these fees, so I'm not sure where the free month is. Also I must pay a monthly fee for insurance on top of the storage fee. The storage insurance is half of what I pay for my renters insurance for my three bedroom apartment, and it's not even a third of the size of my smallest bedroom. If I were able to locate a different storage facility near me, I'd think twice about using this place."
"Mary was very pleasant to work with. She was easy to talk to and gave us a great tour. She made sure to help us find a great location and made sure we knew how to lock and unlock a unit.
