"Old outdated machines, lots that don't work. Tile on the floor looks extremely worn, cracked dirty. This place needs a total makeover. I didn't even want to wash here, it didn't look clean to even fold my clothes here. I took my business elsewhere. Why own a laundromat to be a poor operator?"

"THE WORST LAUNDROMAT IN IL. I was treated so poorly at the laundry mat. There is no heat in the building. There is no bathroom. There are more BROKEN machines then there are working machines, the owner comes in 2-3 minutes before closing up and anyone that is still there gets thrown out. I was literally drying my loads and he walked up to me and said “can you read? We shut off at 9.” I had already paid for the dryers but the way I was being treated made me want to leave. As I packing up my wet clothes he said under his breath, it’s always black people. Sad part is HE IS BLACK. Go here at your own risk. Response to owner: every door in front your facility was locked during the time I was there so absolutely no bathroom was available there. There was not even a sign that indicated which looked door was the bathroom . You need to fire your rude attendant Aaron… you have a faucet by the dryers but took the knobs to the faucet off so ppl can’t even wash their hands. My two year old and I had to leave the facility to use the bathroom … just to get kicked out with 13 minutes left on dryers i paid for… trash Aaron doesn’t do a thing but open and close the laundromat not there to help at all.quick to kick anyone out with li/q0ur on his breath. Never go here."

"Not a big fan of the decor but this laundromat came through on new years eve.Honoring it's original hours giving customers a chance to wash.Very affordable and my clothes came out clean and fully dry.All it needs is some TLC and it will be perfect. Quarters only no cards but not expensive"

"Several of the washer and dryers dont work. The machines are old and don't wash that well, It's too hot, and there's never any staff available to help and interior is outdated under maintain, dusty, and the bathroom soap feels like laundry detergent"
