"CD One in Lansing gave my cleaning order away to another customer and argued me down that I picked up the order myself. I emailed corporate several times and visited the site as well to speak with management. NO resolution was resolved. In fact corporate didn't respond at all! Several months later I was contacted stating another customer returned my cleaning order. Terrible customer service!"

"This cleaners is the worst I have encountered in a long time. I spent so much money, bringing my clothes to the cleaners but as the months went on, they start to really really really get laxed in their work. I put my granddaughters dress in there to be cleaned it was mud water on it. They gave it back to me exactly how I gave it to them and claimed they cleaned it. They have just lost a customer. I will no longer patronize with this business."
"Worst place ever if I could give zero stars I would I brought 10 pair of jeans up here came up here the next day to get them they were wet and burnt gave the so-called manager Sarah Time to fix them came back. Seven pair was OK my light blue jeans for steel Burnt gave her a little more time come on the day she tell me to come just to find out they didn’t have my clothes came back today and as you will see in the picture my clothes are still burnt not only did they burn my jeans their machine spilled ink on it that they could not get out As you will also see in the pictures overall worst cleaners ever The owner before this new one was very helpful and respectful The new woman that’s in there now is very rude and does not understand how business work"
