"If I could give negative stars I would. I have never seen the behavior displayed by the manager J. D., from a individual ever in my life. I feared for my safety when the male jumped up and stood over me yelling, while I remained in my seat. He even yelled at the female worker. All of this unnecessary behavior from him because I stated I no longer wanted to speak to him because he was unprofessional and insensitive to my concerns. The female worker stated there was audio and video recording. I hope someone who actually cares how customers are treated take a look at it. I would not have even posted if the male individual had taken accountability for his behavior, like the female worker and I had done. The female worker and I talked for at least 10 to 15 minutes after the incident, even apologizing to one another and the male manager had nothing to say. Mistakes were made and simple accountability would have been appreciated."
