"The prices are better than Uhaul and other near by competitors. Most of the time you do have to wait to be attended, even if there are multiple employees there. If there is a customer loading/unloading things from their unit they will make you wait until they are completely done before you can go up to yours. It doesn't matter how long they are taking. This is very disappointing, as many times I've only had to get something quickly out of my unit. And the new workers are mostly rude with you. I had my belongings in here for more than 4 years. After so many issues, and dealing with the rude employee cursing at me. I decided to get rid of my unit, as they have the worst customer service here. So I'd rather pay a few dollars more. At Uhual I have 24 hour gate access to my belongings. Whereas here, the "doors" to the "units" are oriented strand ply boards. (See attached photos.) Someone can literally break into your unit so easily. I know this because I lost the key to my unit. So when I moved out, I took a sawzall up to break my lock off. They had no clue at all. You can't put a price on safety and security."
