"I have a home daycare and I used Marcus Allard for several field trips. I love the 15 passenger vans, they are clean, full of gas, great air condition & stylish! I arrived at 8am & Service was good & quick. Prices are reasonable and I had the option of using my own car insurance. Bring $100 cash to hold your vehicle and you’re good to go. The refundable deposit takes 7 days so just have patience with that part. I will be using them again."
"MY FAMILY AND I WERE CELEBRATING MY SON'S 6TH BIRTHDAY IN CHICAGO, WE ALL WANTED TO RIDE TOGETHER SO I RENTED THE 15 PASSENGER VAN. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! IT WAS A 2023 VAN, IT WAS VERY NICE AND GREAT ON GAS! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! MY ONLY DISLIKE IS HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THE MONEY THEY HOLD ON YOUR CARD TO RETURN TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. IT'S BEEN FOUR DAYS AND I'M STILL WAITING."

Ice is warmer the person behind the desk and all the so-called workers stumbling around, making noise dropping things As a person behind the desk, like ice, oh too bad, she replied gave my card back So me and the wife and I canceled our rental but still had the nuts to charge us 27.65 Called them oh sorry it was a computer issue sure? How many people have the rip off if they don't check their bank daily they said oops well it takes 5 to 7 days to return it"
"Went to this place looking for a 15 passenger van that I needed next day after a bad experience at enterprise, I got myself a good deal and the van was ready for pick up next day at 8:00 am. I highly recommend this place if your are looking for a large van."
