"They provide expceptional service everytime i have been there. The manager Jayme is very good. Been here for the past few years. never had a issue with them. The cars are good. Now they know me by name and type of car i like to reserve. that is the level of care they take for a customer. Will rent with them again."

"I made a reservation for a van. This reservation was made many months in advance as I do with all my rentals. When I went to pick up my van the manager did not bring one in because she said she was not able to confirm with me if I still wanted it.Even though my phone # was disconnected she still had a working email address to use. This whole experience led me to be 4.5 hrs late at getting on the road. The manager can call it what she wants but as a customer if you reserve a vehicle it should be there when you pick it up. I have never had anyone from Hertz call to confirm a reservation in all the yrs I rented from them. They always sent emails stating a vehicle pick up is coming. I am not the type of person to no show, no cancel. This whole experience just proved to me the Hertz doesn't give a damn about their customers. That's ok, I will take my business elsewhere. I will Never and I mean Never rent from Hertz again. Poor customer service all the way around."

"Do not use this company to rent a car: 1. You have to use a credit card 2. They do not accept debit cards unless you have a corporate account 3. They know the info on their website is inefficient because they had to create multiple posters about not accepting debit cards and place them throughout their office, but if you're there to pick up a car after making an online reservation that signage is too late 4. Their front staff is very rude and will giggle and laugh in your face as they blame you for their inefficient ability to provide a service as universal as using a debit card to make a purchase Hertz in Highland, IN purposefully make it inconvenient for an individual (noncorporate entity) to use their service and they charge about the same rate as their nearby competitors. Honestly it's not worth it."

"This was such an easy process from pickup/return! The bonus was the truck they selected for me.. which happened to be one of my favorites! I will definitely be using them for more local trips!"
