"I called and got an appointment for 10:00. I sent a picture to her and she said 160.00. I arrived 15 minutes early and she was with a client so someone else did my hair. She was very nice but it felt like she was ripping my scalp off my skull. She said my hair was very short and she had to grip it. Before she was done she asked me to pay her she said it's 180.00 because I had to put more braids than you wanted because your hair is short so I said ok. The style came out nice but they use the cheapest hair they can find. My braids are so stiff and uncomfortable. I hate stiff braids!! I tried steaming them I rebraided them and dipped them in hot water. Since I paid my money I will try to bear them for right now. Hopefully they will last a couple weeks. This is my first and last braid experience."

"The Service is horrible here! I was treated as if I was an animal! Never again this treatment of people with sensitive scalps will STOP!!!!!! The manager who books the appointments watched a Braider named MEME I’m sure it’s not her real name tortured me in her seat! I explained to the lady that I was tender headed and could she not braid my hair really tight. The more I asked the tighter she braided! At one point I stood up and asked the wiener could she ask her to take two of the braids down. Then MeMe went on to grab the scissors and cut my hair I have long hair passed the shoulders so instantly I thought she’d cut my hair along with the weave. It was the. As she was yelling” I did not cut your hair!” I was instantly afraid so I touched her hand and said please don’t be mad, I’m tender headed this is why ai don’t come to the shops. Meme began to smile and seemingly complied and for a short time was no longer aggressive and hard on my head. Then I asked her to place the color hair in a different spot and she began to abuse me my head again I cried and begged her please do not braid my hair that tight! The two people in the shop one was a guy was laughing and the lady wiring to het her hair done did not want to be involved! Do NOT GO TO THIS SHOP !!!!! I had to get someone to take the tight braids down and then rebraid my hair which cost me all together I paid $185.00 it was an UPDOO . I will escalate this complaint I have requested a partial refund for me pain and ultimate disregard ! I was crying begging her not to braid my hair real tight! Wow this how we treating each other where was your humanity MEME!!! I will jot rest until I get half of my money Back if not all of it!!!’This place is horrible! I also could not sleep the braids were so tight they were pulling my skin my skin was bumping up I had to take some down I did not go to sleep until 5:00 from the pain literally!!!!! So wrong…"
