"Worst company ever. Bad customer service they hang up on you. The lag on the internet is unbelievable. Everytime we get an excuse they are experiencing an outage. There is no reason there should be an outage for 5 months. They change our plan without authorization. Had to go to the store to have it changed back. Cricket should not be in business if they can't provide service to their customers."

"Walked in at 6:45 to pay my sons phone bill tonight. The girl had the music blasted. (No Problem) I asked if I could pay a bill. She said the Internet was down. (It’s always down around this time). I walked out she turned the open light off before closing time. Every time I come to this location near closing, the internet is down. :("

"Our family dreaded making the trip to update two of our four phones. (we have been cricket customers for roughly 7 years) We found this location by chance and we couldn't have been happier. Clean, seating, phone displays with ample choices for all budgets. But the topper at this location was their service. We were taken care of by a gentleman named Freddy. He is very knowledgeable and swift with the transfer of data and activation of new phones. He was also able to save us money on our monthly bill.
