Quick Cycle Laundromat

Every since they have started expanded more and more issues with people clothes coming up missing because ppl come to the laundry to steal… my mother was a victim just last week and we frequent this laundry as it’s not a lot In the community"

"The laundromat is the best I don't do my own clothes there anymore they have a drop off like you drop off your laundry the bathroom not to clean and never has been even when I was a teenager that's why I won't give them a full five stars more like 3 because I'm 42 years old now and it should be clean sometime the drop-off services the best especially when this crowded cuz nobody's thinking the drop it off. The ladies who work there goes over and beyond."

"I am currently at the Calumet City location. 9/4/2023 when I arrived the large 12 load was had just completed it cycle at 4:03pm. I patiently waited until someone came to remove their clothes from the washer. At 4:23pm no one came to remove the clothes therefore I politely inquired with the attendant on duty and explained to her that clothes has been sitting since 4:03pm and the sign says that the clothes will be removed if left unattended for more than 10 minutes. The attendant literally walked away from and went into the another area. This is unprofessional behavior. The attendant could have communicated something but walking away completely and not addressing the issue is unacceptable. It is now 4:40pm and the attendant is still in the back and will not come out to address the issue. That is unfair to myself and other customers that are waiting on the washer."

"Maintained very well. Friendly personnel. Reasonable prices for washers. Drop off service is amazing (if u don't have time or just don't like doing laundry) your clothes are brighter and definitely folded to perfection."
