"Put some black jeans in the cleaners to remove some stains. The jeans had built in wrinkles. Picked jeans up they are faded and the wrinkles have been pressed out. Called up there, they said bring it back. Purchased new jeans to show the difference. Staff claimed jeans were the same and wrinkles would disappear after a wear and washing!!!! Why are you washing anything!!! This the cleaners not the laundry mat and I could have done that myself. They said we can’t give you your money back. I said why not you ruined my pants and I never asked for a press-only cleaning. I wouldn’t take anything back to this location on my soul."
