Village Of Lansing

"Should be ashamed of yourselves ..... pull me over not even one min from my house and still towed my car and then have the nerves to charge 800$ to get it back... only been in Lansing 6months and Def leaving after my lease is up"

"While I love the Village of Lansing (really I do) I'm rating 2 stars for this reason: Lansing Police are quick to slap tickets on vehicles for not having "village stickers" yet the village....makes it very difficult to OBTAIN one. The currency exchanges, which are open on the weekends (one of which is even 24 hours) but for some odd, strange reason they....DON'T sell them. I'm being told the absolute ONLY way to obtain one is the "actually visit" the Village of Lansing Office get one. We'll that's impossible unless you "take off a day of work" because they're only "open"....DURING BUSINESS HOURS! Soooo Village of Lansing Leadership....Where does that leave residents who are "trying" to comply with Village & State laws but the village itself, makes it hard to do so? And you wonder why there are so many village residents driving around....WITHOUT village stickers in their vehicles! Don't penalize for me for having "not" complied because THE VILLAGE LEADERSHIP....is the reason why. Again I love the Village of Lansing but this....has GOT to change!"
