"The worst post office in the United States. The mailman at this zip code 60617-6812 delivers the letters to the wrong addresses, he is always on the phone. I went to complain at the office 9308 S. Chicago Avenue and they almost told me to fix the problem myself. The people who work here always have a bad attitude like that you are going to ask them for something impossible they should be happy they have a job and treat their customers better."

"Mail carriers are getting lazier and lazier by the minute. My mail is being left at the ledge of side steps and packages are being tossed no where close to my mailbox/door. Only 1 out of 3 mail carriers that deliver will walk the 5 steps and do the job right. In the past packages were secured by being left behind the screen door and even got a doorbell ring. What happened? Employees don't care anymore obviously."

"Miss Williams is the worst manager or supervisor whatever she is at the post office with the nastiest attitude. I am so sick of those postal workers opening my damn mail and re-taping it back up as if I can’t tell they opened it open it to decide if they’re gonna steal something out of it or not, and then Miss Williams has the nastiest attitude and disposition about herself, Tammy was the best manager/supervisor that was at the post office that actually helped the customers and catered to the customers. You guys need some serious training and help. If any more of my mail gets open, I will make sure people be removed from that post office for sure. Leave my damn mail alone deliver it and that’s it. If this place had good management, it would be ran differently because the management is bad! The customer service is bad the attitudes are bad the staff is bad. I don’t know who delivered the mail today but they open both of my damn packages ducked down so my ring camera wouldn’t see them and put both packages there and put them there at separate times literally like 1015 minutes behind each other because they decided to open them both up!! SMFH I’m calling in on y’all especially who delivered mail today 5/25 between 12-1245"

"honestly still go here to send packages out because i have to. but i definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone else tbh. they’re so rude entitled and very arrogant. i understand that you don’t have to be happy with your job but just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean you get to be rude to your customers. at this point i do what i do and ask no questions cause it either get a “huh” like im stupid , or they roll their eyes cause they’re too lazy to explain anything. please get workers who actually care about the customers."
