"The place is clean and secure. However, why would I stay at a facility that I can not contact? The only way to talk to someone in the Calumet facility is to literally come into the location. That's a big inconvenience, especially when your Calumet employees are answering the phone and saying please hold and never come back to the phone. Then, we are transferred to customer service representatives in a totally different state who says you have to go to that particular location to receive answers. Come on, Jessica, that's ridiculous!"
