"I’ve used Extra Space for many years for my college bound kids and was impressed. I was very disappointed and angered after obtaining an online quote for a unit at the Lansing, IL location for $98, just to received an increase just two month in to $188. Then surely two months later I was alerted that my rate would increase to $288. I have not had the unit a year and it increased by $100 every three months. I moved to a competitor nearby the day after I received the latter letter stating the next increase. I didn’t want to wait around for it to increase another $100 in three more months."

"Absolutely love the clerk attitude she was filling in from another store she greeted me explained everything had a great personality even shook my hand before I left. Will definitely rent here if ever needed again we went to Publix storage first they were suppose open at 9 didn’t until 9:20 lady had short rude attitude for no reason made me go find another storage place because her attitude was sour but glad she did because I found extra space storage and their customer service is amazing thank you."
