"Southeastern Medical Center does help with your medical needs however, the receptionist Flor is very rude, and lazy. I've been going here for years and never experienced anything until I notified them that my medication has been going to an old pharmacy 25 miles away. I needed my medication transfered due to me relocating. My request was ignored and so I had to continue driving 24 minutes away just for my medication. The receptionist is so rude that I recorded her responses to my request in the public waiting room because I already knew she wouldnt want to help me and give me a rude response. When she saw me, she threatened to expose my personal information and stated that if I show anyone the video, she would expose my personal information. I literally recorded her saying that on tape and reported her to the state. There are so many seniors that go here and complain about her. Please watch your elders from this place. As she knew I had a heartattack 1 week prior to going in and she didn't mind causing me grief in order to get my meds. She is the only one who handles pharmacy medications and appointments . I like Dr Chand but he's rather deaf and the office girls take advantage of that in my opinion."

"I was referred by a friend. When i first went in, they took me seriously ie. listened, took xrays, and tried some things to help my constant pain. They saw my issue and are putting me on a plan of action. I couldn’t be happier! Dr. Chand and everyone that work there were so nice."

"If you cannot find a good pain management doctor any doctor’s that can help you even if the don’t take you’re insurance saw and if you had another doctor that didn’t take care of or give you the wrong medicine and all I can tell you those doctors don’t play so don’t try use of take advantage of them and they will put you out and stop you from coming and call the police.. but if you have any bad pain or broken arm or leg or foot the will take care of you they also do surgery as well and yes the do go by the book if you need a very good doctor go and check South East Medical Center and they also do walk Ins’s....!!!!"

"I feel bad there so many bad reviews. I had a great experience with Dr. Washington. A friend of mine actually referred them to me I didn't even know it was there. I went in for a broken arm which they fixed up ASAP. But he did ask if I was in pain with the lump in my neck well my shoulder but that tension all comes from my neck that's all out of whack. He said he was gonna make the pain go away and I was so thrilled he gave me an injection right there in the office and Ugh! what a relief. I thought he was funny and helpful to my needs.But next time I went in I asked for Dr. W and got (Chan? I think that's his name) who insisted on seeing me but I was already comfortable with Dr. Washington. I thought OK its not a big deal it is his practice but Dr. Washington knew exactly where to give me the shot and Chan? asked me where it hurt and started sticking me all over my shoulder which I thought was weird. I feel he should know where to give the injection to elevate the pain if that's what he does. But IDK I'm gonna go back in a few cuz (hoping to get Dr. Washington) I can't take the pain in my neck and shoulder anymore. It's just so close and convenient and my experience was good well more so the first time."

"Completely horable visit. Doctor Eric Washington Wants to immediately do surgery with out any notable studies to say it was nessary. Double and triple guessed his diagnosis. Bedside manner was horrible acted like he was perfect, completely disrespectful to myself and hubby. Do not see this doctor for anything!!! Complete waste of time!!!"
