"Using my own cup they've charged me $1.00 for 7oz of hot water. When I've asked about the price (since I think is too much), on a very rude way the manager argued that that is the price for the drink, without taking out his head phone, and shouted to the teller to charge me that amount. They've just lost a customer that normally put gas and buy cigarettes. NO MORE. EVER. I am fine paying for hot water, but I believe that $1 is too much, and the way they treat me is not correct."

"Not open 24 hours inside. When I pulled up, most stations had a bag over the nozzle. Got out and station said pay inside. I go inside, it's locked. No one even looks my way. Then someone else walks up, is let in. When I walked back, a customer let me in. One of the women said they were closed, even though she had just let someone in and this individual was still picking out his items. She said the lady behind the counter would not be able to do any transaction. Lol really? How were you going to ring up the customer you already have in here ? Obviously I wasn't going to put up a fuss. I can drive somewhere else. But what if I had been on e and couldn't make it anywhere? That's how you would treat a customer? Just thought I'd share."

"This is absolutely the worst place I ever pumped gas at. I drive a very expensive vehicle and always run on premium gas! My experience here yesterday was the worst day ever for my luxury vehicle, the gas here has damage my vehicle! Let me tell you I have been calling everybody I can to get some answers! My vehicle has never in life perform like this immediately after using the gasoline at this station! My vehicle is not accelerating properly, im so upset, not knowing what is being damaged too is also stressing me and my vehicle! This company is going to pay for every moment of this terror!"

"Purchased $100.00 of gas at 11:00pm on Friday. I had to use a credit card at the pump because the door was locked. Employees were ignoring customers at the door. I was one of three people at the door. Pump failed to provide a receipt. I went back to the door and with persistent persuasion finally I was met at the door. I just needed a receipt . I was told I had to come back tomorrow. I returned the next day at 10:00am and was told that they could not go back that far. These are either lies or responses from ignorant employees. I DON'T THINK I CAN GO BACK THAT FAR EITHER (I WILL NOT RETURN) I own a business as well and know for fact that they can access transactions from history or pull the batch from that day to retrieve the receipt. Furthermore any time I had been there previously it seems to take them an extended period of time to process each customer."
