"Ive been going to Lansing Cleaners for 2 years. Initially they were great but as time progressed I kept finding that my coats were poorly cleaned. I’m talking about easily removable stains still present, lint galore, and buttons missing. When I asked for re-dos (which was like 80% of the time) then my coats come back damaged or missing buttons, etc. I have designer coats that have been ruined from this place. Seeking business elsewhere."

"They charged me $66 to spot clean my leather jacket! If they couldn't clean it the way I wanted they should have said so! I could have spot cleaned, even though "spot cleaning" was not needed or requested!...on top of that they couldn't even tell me how it was cleaned, I had to read the tag, saying that they sent it out to leather company, but they had no problem with charging me for these UNKNOWN services."
