"Came in early Wednesday morning to an empty laundromat with 2 pairs of jeans, a few tshirts and some socks to drop off for a wash and fold. The senior female attendant told me she would not have it ready until TOMORROW as there were "several people ahead of me". Not one machine was in use and no customers were present. I walked over to pick up breakfast and Woods Corner and when I got back to my car, the attendant scraping a small piece of tape off the glass door. Still no machines running, still no customers. I was leaving for vacation and thought a wash and fold would be a nice treat for myself. Not from here though. I drove to Wash Hub in Steger and was only charged $8 and my wash was done in 2 hours by a very friendly attendant. So sorry to bother the Crete attendant just watching the clock and stealing time and pay from the company nice enough to employ her lazy azz."

"Paid decent money to have them wash and fold my clothes, when I got it back I found multiple items with a lot of black pen ink. I called them left a voicemail to tell them and never got a call back. Never going back!"

"Since new owners took over this place has went to hell!! They don’t treat the water! ( have been cited ) laundry and washers stink!!! Everything is broken anymore, and $0.25 for 5 minutes to dry your clothes! Are you joking! The dryers barely work as it is!!! I complained to an employee about soaking wet clothes fresh out of the washer and her response “ not my dam problem “. Ok! Steger has a laundromat 5 minutes down the street! Much better reviews!"

"I like coming here. For me, it’s close to “home”, (my camper, as we travel for work-I have the time to do laundry, myself) and with many sized washers, our clothes are always done quickly and are clean and fresh. The dryers work fast and do a great job. All for a very affordable price! There are other conveniences close by (bank, restaurants, etc) The woman I always see, here, is very friendly and helpful. Lately, it’s evident that she sometimes has to choose between laundry duty, or janitorial services. She seems one of few, these days, who actually show up and do their job, with a smile! It’s a LAUNDROMAT, so I don’t complain, and try not to make a mess, and clean up after myself. (Personally, I think some of you should do the same!) I’ll use this service till the next job takes us away."
