"Helpful and im always n and out"
"Horrible customer service will never go back chicago is so money hungry it's a shame"
"Security women were rude. They tried forcing individuals to stand closer than 6ft apart (during pandemic). This was done so that they could move the line along faster. I was there close to closing time."
"Long line, long wait... Only 1-2 customer service reps for over 30 people. One rep was texting on her cell phone. Very rude employees who don't even greet or say thank you. How are these people working in a customer service role? Gross"
"I explained what Happened the judge disregarded everything I said and said pay at the window I said good morning to the lady and she said what do you want no wonder people don't enjoy coming and talking to the state representatives. I understand I would or would not have to pay a ticket but there's no reason to be rude. I am still a customer and or client. The last security guard was the nicest and she was really helpful. The judge doesn't even look at you. I pay to live in this city like everyone else I should be treated like a person if you hate your job that much quit."
