"The young lady was very nice and professional even under extreme duress with the payment system not working. She took her time to provide the best level of customer service and pricing. My only disappointment was that she never told me about the activation fee which appeared on my new bill which was quite a shock and I was not offered a choice of colors on the phone. I would have loved to have had the metallic or blue but it was not offered or even mentioned"
