She went above and beyond answering questions and explaining protocol to the patient and arranged for the patient to get her concentrator. Later that week Jodi and Billie came to the hospital to educate another patient and family on tracheostomy care and provided equipment. Both Billie and Jodi were exceptional in their role!!"

"Just another business who thinks they are doing you a favor by taking your money. I have been a customer for several years and have witnessed their customer service go steadily down hill. The Vincennes office management has run off the drivers and therapist who really cared about the customer. Don't expect your oxygen needs to be met when you need them, it will be when they decide they are going to service your area. They have went from same day every week service to every other week if anyone shows up. I would not recommend this business to anyone."
