"Great place to do business with.I have been a customer for over 10 years..my phone blanked out on me Sunday mother's day.. stopped in and Diamond got me in a new phone she was very knowledgeable and patient.i discovered when I got home that phone didn't have enough storage so I came back Monday and Diamond, Jay and Mike took care of me on the upgraded phone. Staff is very professional and patient and sincerely want to give good service and appreciates your business. Oh forgot to mention Jay was extremely patient with a Spanish speaking customer and got them the iPhones they wanted.dispte the language barrier. A real righteous place to do business with! Small store but BIG CUSTOMER SERVICE !!"
"Really great store the gentleman that work in there I've always been fair with me and tried to work with me to make sure I was getting what I needed they always have some kind of deal in there too to help you out if you don't have a lot of money to spend time you wanted me to get a nice used phone they have it and the new phones obviously, but yeah the very friendly good guys they also help me out a pinch on Christmas Eve got everything I needed got the phone rolling and everything it was a last minute thing and no other place could do it so I definitely give them a look into I've dealt with them and do my business there now but I've gone the last four times there to get phones and tablets"

"The individual, Jamel Mitchell, is committing fraud here. His location submitted orders on our website to unlock (Many of them in bad status that shouldn't be unlocked) and then opens consistent chargeback. I would stay away from this company, if they are doing chargebacks to those who handle their customer's phones in unlocking them, whose to say they're not committing fraud against their own customers?"
