"Store is okay. Can use a deep cleaning. Clothing sometime everywhere (floor) No customer service or if you find everything okay. Clothing is not expensive and sometimes good quality. No fitting rooms to try on clothing (FYI)"

"They don't have air in the store the door is closed and it is hot and stuffy. Then I had my purse size dog with me the whole 15min I was in the store in my arm and the lady waited til I was going to exchange my purchase to say I had to leave cause I had the puppy. Mind you there is a worker standing at the door. If dogs are not allowed I'm going to need them to have a sign up because in this day and age people's dogs, ESPECIALLY little ones go everywhere."

"If I could give negative stars I absolutely would!!! I was never told that I had 7 days to get my money back from a return. I was told I had 30 days to make a return but nothing was mentioned to me about store credit or cash. I feel like they purposely do this so they can keep the money because they know most of their products are very cheaply made and will most likely be returned. I called another store in the Chicago Heights location later to make sure this was true because this location changes policies frequently and I was told “I should've just taken it back.” and “The policy is self explanatory.” I’m sorry but I work and have better things to do than make trips to rainbow. If the policy was explained accurately or even at all this whole ordeal would not have even happened. So anybody who may want to return something and get your money back you only have 7 days. Most of the workers won’t take the time to explain that to you unfortunately. The workers here are incredibly rude and misleading."

"Only bought 6 items and I was charged for 8 Went through all my things to pack my suit case and looked over at my receipt and I was over charged for items. The store is closed early When I get back on the 31st I will be goin in for my refund for items that where not in my bag Things I didn’t even have with me. They charged me 7.99 for some shorts and the tag clearly says 4.99 then I got charged an 11.99 twice and I don’t even have that in my bag"
