"Just had to do a last minute run for pads, for my preteen, whose period just came on out of no where. I get there 40 minutes before closing and they’re already closed down, lights out. We saw staff inside, but they had the doors locked. So unprofessional. So inconsiderate. Very inconvenient."

"I don't understand why this location is even still open. The store manager is more ghetto than the workers. I witnessed the store manager cuss out one of her employees because she smiled in agreement with me about sending another staff to follow a thief outside to confront them. From what I'm told this staff member was also later fired as a result. I hope the young lady has cause for a wrongful termination suit. The security is worthless if the female staff members must do his job. They all have bad attitudes and often cussing and gossiping and just overall very unprofessional in front of customers. Its as if this store has no real boss and no one to answer to. It sucks and I refuse to spend my money there and often prevent people I know from spending there also. They should close this store down or fire everyone from the store manager downamd start all.over with new people. I personally will never purchase here again."

"The female employees are so rude unprofessional and have bad customer service skills they call people named they need to be replaced the line is always long they never have cash back and close store earlier than suppose to. They think that’s their store but I’ll show them otherwise"

"The cashier staff is far more polite than previously. It's always a wonderful thing to be greeted when spending your money. There was a woman ahead of me who had a slight issue because the POS wouldn't accept her Apple pay card, but it is set up to accept Apple tap. The cashier was very patient and smiled in a comforting way and the customer she was dealing with left happy and so did I. This is a big step and I appreciate that neither of the two cashiers were on their phone nor rude. Thanks for putting true customer service people on the registers."
