"Its a family owned business with majority of the machines out of order I left for about 15 minutes to travel to the nearest family dollar and when i arrived back she had went in both wash machines and removed my wet clothes and put them in a basket so another person can use the machine when they were others were available I explained how very rude it was of her to that UPDATE ::::::::.::::::::::::I HER AGE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A PAYING CUSTOMER FOR THE RECORD IM 40 ive NEVER been to a laundromat where the attendant was instructed to remove anyone’s clothes Also i did not disrespect nor cus at the lady and i have a video to prove it i did however tell Her next time this incident accures she should be arrested for theft ALSO i would like to state for my viewers purposes I AM NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE VISIT THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS UNLESS U STAY THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE AT THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS That Was My First And Only Time And my experience was horrible AND PLEASE IF U GONNA RESPOND PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TELL IT EXACTLY HOW IT WENT AND if i could give zero stars i would"

"We drop off our 6 large bags of Laundry and spoke with Ms. Bryant who is very kind. Ms. Bryant called me to pickup our Laundry the next day. The price was extremely affordable. I just knew that the price would be over $100.00 dollars. The price wasn't nearly what I thought it would be. I was extremely happy about that. Our Laundry smelled good and our clothes and towels were very clean and properly folded that all we had to do was put them in the drawers. I highly recommend Collins Laundry-Mat. Ms Bryant brings joy to that place. I hope that the management appreciates her like we do."

"The laundry mat manager is very very nice and helpful, though four dollars seems like a lot to wash Your clothes the atmosphere is very nice and also all of the wash machines and drivers work good. Pay them a visit if U want your clothes washed in peace."
