"I will never come back here again I. Going to sue by cottage grove. I put my clothes in 3 machines 2 wasn't working I asked the lady if she could handle the problem..so she tells me I have to wait until she does he paperwork before she can start my load, meanwhile my other load is washing..fast forward 10 min in still waiting on the lady to bring my card back. Amd 10 nin left on the one load that started. How come she just couldn't get my load started and then go to finish her paperwork...people like their loads sincranized"
"If you don't want to be treated like a common thief I suggest you take your dirty laundry business elsewhere. I get treated better at the laundry mats in the Hispanic or white neighborhoods. It's a shame can't even wash your clothes in peace with being discriminated against by your own race. I'll drive a little further away for good customer service."
