"I went into the bank today with my elderly mom to do business with a personal banker. I began to feel light headed and my hands got sweaty . I realized I had not eaten. The banker Ms. Munoz noticed I was having an issue that could become serious. She immediately went in her drawer and offered me 2 kinds of breakfast bars. I ate the bar and felt 100% better as I'm sure my blood sugar dropped. This young lady helped my 86 year old mom once before. People like her make the world a better place. "Been here 4 times in a week. 60 to 90.minutes trying to solve a simple trust acct issue. For a relative. This is the worst service ever. They cant answer questions. Cant even answer the phones if it was my acct In This Bank i would be gone. I be sent $600 dollars on hotels waiting for them to answer my questions been in town extra 3 days because they dont know what they are doing"

"This location is terrible. Impossible to get thru on the phone on a Saturday, and when you do, you encounter an unhelpful, refusing to help employee regarding a 10 day check hold for a paycheck that is a regular deposit. Thankfully, Customer Service was able to help me. Employees at this location need to be replaced."

"I give this bank no stars and in the one week I have had 2 accounts it has been a terrible experience. I have not been able to access the ability to use bill pay because their online security system is set up in a ridiculous fashion. After three days of calling customer service I finally got someone to give me a straight answer. 5/3rd has it set up that you must receive a verification code in order to use the online services to your contact information. However their stupid security system is set up so that it does not recognize your contact information for 30 days to send you a verification code. In the meantime you are in a holding pattern."
