"UPDATE: 8/20/24; The Store Mgr & Assistant Mgr, resolved my issues. I’m thankful they listened to my concerns & corrected all issues!!! If I could provide zero stars I would. Very misleading, unorganized and a disservice to the community. The young lady advised me to trade in my phone for the 15 , telling me I wouldn’t owe anything for the 15, stated the tracking device was free after I repeatedly advised I did not need it, gave me a clear screen protector which was supposed to be free, which broke by day 3, walked in & paid $60 for a new one. Called today to find out I’m being charged for everything!! I will be reporting this location."

"Beware of upselling and sneaking lines onto your bill without your knowledge or consent. 19 years with T-Mobile and I have never encountered anything like this! Just found out I have 2 new lines added for sync trackers since going in for a simple upgrade. Came into this location in December of 2023 in order to do an upgrade to an IPhone 15 on one of the lines on our family account. First…she attempted to add a charger onto my bill. Explained several times that I wasn’t interested in buying a Type C…I have several at home already. She then went and complained to the manager that I didn’t want to buy a charger as if I can’t do an upgrade if I don’t buy one. The manager told her he would just credit my bill for it. I agreed. Then she comes out with these trackers. I specifically tell her that I have Apple AirTags already and don’t need those. She tells me they are free and of no cost to me. I finally agree to accept them. Absolutely nothing was mentioned about lines of service etc! Come to find out, these trackers (which are still in the box in a closet unused) have lines of service attached that I have been paying for since December! Apparently it’s my fault that I didn’t read all the lines of the receipt to ensure additional lines/charges weren’t slipped in on me, huh? But I really shouldn’t have to! I am highly irritated and annoyed! These just aren’t good business practices AT ALL!"

"Today, I was at this store for questions about Tmobile plans. When I arrived, there were no people inside the store; I was the only customer. The girl who was working there was a horrible seller. She didn't even bother to find information or tell me about what plans are available. She only answered my yes or no questions. She didn't even persuade me to switch to tmobile."
