I had both stove top and refrigerator repairs to be done and Robert and team were able to diagnose and address. Multiple visits due to finding the need to order the parts which can’t be controlled. Reason for 3 stars (wish I could rate higher) - I did have some challenge when my refrigerator needed to be pulled out and a wood floor wasn’t protected and was damaged by indents from the rollers. I do believe we could have assessed that more diligently and taken additional steps to prevent and/or remedy."
