"I like Culver's. This is one of the better ones. The lady who handed out our food was very organized and did very good job considering we were a group of 24."
"Went there yesterday and ordered 3 burger meals, as soon I as ordered I decided to change my drink so I called in to the store and they told me it had already been made mind you I just left the menu. Fine. I went to the window and asked there to change it, the young lady was nice and said sure. I pulled around the curb to wait and ended up waiting for 15m. There were a lot of cars that had been waiting a long time. When I got my food, there was a visible hair sitting in my concrete specifically the drink I asked to change. I live less than 10m away and when I got home my food wasn't even barely warm. Like why was it a long wait if the food wasn't cooked fresh, and the hair smh"
"Ordered through their Drive-Thru. Missing large Cheese Curds in my order. Instead, they substituted my large cheese curds with an additional order of fries. Called the restaurant. They could not provide a credit for the Cheese Curds to my credit card purchase. I will contact my credit Card bank and file a claim. Davina (manager) said they don't provide credit for their mistakes. They'll only provide you with the missing item upon returning. I don't live in the area, hence I'll never return."
"I stopped by today because I had a taste for cod. I ordered 3 pieces plus fries and coleslaw. The fish was delicious. Perfectly fried and seasoned. The fries were hot and fresh and I really like their coleslaw. I washed it down with a sweet tea and skipped desert. The best part is I have one piece of cod left to feed my cat. She loves Culver’s fish as much as I do."
"Employees were friendly, food was great. Because Im not one to ding places thats the only reason I left a 5 star, but for the LOVE OF GOD Please fix the pothole coming out of your parking lot when you turn right towards the stoplights. We popped a tire and bent a wheel leaving today. If the tire shop wouldn't have been directly accross the street our vacation would have been ruined. Thanks for your consideration."
