"I haven't met everyone at this library but I want it to be known that the librarian I met today Ms. Jasmine B is wonderful! I was having so much trouble registering my child for school. The district office couldn't help me and I almost felt they were dismissing me altogether; so they sent me to the library near me. I was really stressed and Ms. Jasmine managed to help me and listen to all my concerns. I am so grateful and the Phoenix Public Library needs to know what an asset she is to them! Thank you Ms. Jasmine!!"

"Phoenix should not have opened a library. The computer system is always down. I have been trying to renew my library card and all they can tell me is that they are having computer problems. I am not able to go to any library and check out any books since the libraries opened back up. All I am told is they are the last on the list for help. I say they are never on the list for help. This is unacceptable."
